I’m Misty Thomas, Licensed Massage Therapist, wellness professional, and proud owner of Southern Style Oasis. My passion has always been helping others feel their absolute best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through my experience Functional Fitness Training and in massage therapy, I have cultivated a space where clients can escape the demands of everyday life and focus on restoration, relaxation, and self-care.

Southern Style Oasis was founded on the belief that wellness is not a luxury—it is a necessity. Every service is thoughtfully designed to provide a personalized experience that promotes healing, balance, and renewal. From therapeutic and deep tissue massage to fire cupping, red light therapy, body treatments, and wellness enhancements, each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of every client.

Heather S. Denson is a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping others achieve lasting relief, improved wellness, and a better quality of life. After personally experiencing the life-changing benefits of massage therapy during her own search for pain relief, she felt called to help others experience the same healing and restoration.

Heather is a devoted wife of 13 years and the proud mother of six wonderful children. She is deeply grateful to God for guiding her on this journey and for the unwavering support of her family, whose encouragement has helped make this dream a reality.
